Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Smart Flow Water Bottle, operated by Akash. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Opened or used smart water bottles (for hygiene reasons)

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds?
If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card provider
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Then contact us at support@smartflowbottle.com

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@smartflowbottle.com within 7 days of delivery.


🚚 Return Shipping Address

To return your product, please email us first for the proper return address. Do not send items without contacting us, as we may not be able to process your return.


📦 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
